Of course! Many people believe that if a property is in one
Mello-Roos district, that's all it can be in. The truth is
that there is no real limit to the number of Mello-Roos and
1915 Act districts the property can be in. Overlapping districts
are actually quite common, especially between Mello-Roos and
1915 Act Districts.

only one district, assuming that is all a property can be
